Crowdsourcing: It's Not A Dirty Word
Crowdsourcing doesn't have to be a bad word. GeniusRocket believes that innovative artists should be paid for their innovative work. Crowdsourcing doesn't have to mean that creative minds are expendable. Our interactive creative process is designed to be fair, to our artists and to our clients. We make it possible for artists around the world can pair their great ideas with brands the world over.
A Break from the Past
After pioneering crowdsourcing for over three years, we realized that Spec Work and Contests were not the best way to consistently deliver high-quality rich media. By embracing the best aspects of open crowdsourcing and applying them to a Curated Crowdsourcing approach, GeniusRocket has created a mutually beneficial approach for both the artist and the client.

No Spec
Each and every artist that's part of our creative community is fully vetted. We have recruited and evaluated each creative professional based on their experience, skill-set, and previous client feedback, ensuring that only those artists with a solid track record of performance work on our clients' projects. At GeniusRocket your written pitch will be viewed against your peers, not the inexperienced masses.
No Contest
Quality creative content rarely comes from a contest. Why should you submit quality work to a competition with no feedback from the client? Why would you spend time to create content for a brand with the hopes of being only one out of dozens if not hundreds of submissions that may receive payment? GeniusRocket believes you should get paid if you are producing creative content. If you are selected based upon your written pitch to move forward into production, you will be paid.

Direct Feedback
GeniusRocket's creative process enables our clients to provide direct feedback throughout each stage of the project's development. From concept to production, you'll know just what's expected from the client so you can incorporate feedback into you your final deliverable. You'll never go into production hoping you're creative content in line with the client's creative needs.
Hold On To Your Ideas
Your ideas are yours. GeniusRocket is fully committed to protecting its creative community. We've got your back. Our clients are able to use only those concepts for which they've paid. All creative submissions - including written concepts - remain private. Your ideas remain your intellectual property, no one else's.
