Your Request for Brilliance — After establishing direction, we'll write a Request for Brilliance (or RFB). Your RFB will be sent out to our community of creators, so they can get started right away.

Promotion — Once your RFB has been developed, we'll promote it to our creative community, making sure they are engaged and are generating creative responses to your request.

Gathering submissions — As the community works, you'll see the submissions start to come in. We'll keep the RFB open for as little as a few days or as long as a few weeks, depending on your needs.

Fully implemented — These submissions are fully implemented, and you'll see every creator's work, so you can be assured success.

Interact — Our platform allows you to discuss questions and clarifications with the community as your project progresses. This means no confusion, just great results.

Selection — After all submissions are in, you will evaluate the creative responses and will pick the ones that best meet your needs.

Rights transfer — After our creators are paid, they'll fill-out a rights transfer agreement that guarantees you own the final result.

Good to go — Once you have your final deliverables in hand, you're good to go. You can use the work in any way you please -- it's yours.
