The Client's Request
WordPress blog design for Sweets and Tweets, a social media event series. Keep it simple. Make it fun and edgy and memorable. Incorporate cupcakes into the design. Here's what the design needs to include:
- Home page with distinctive header
- A logo badge should be part of the design (to upload to eventbrite and other blogs)
- The words "Sweets and Tweets"
- Above-the-fold area on home page to describe/promo the current event in the series
- Space to showcase a few photos from the previous event
- Prominent place on the home page to showcase sponsor logos
- Twitter stream on home page (using hashtag #SwTw: http://search.twitter.com/search?q=swtw)
- An About page
- Archive page for past events
- Archive page for speaker bios
