Countdown Montage

Format: A 3-second video.
Intended Usage: The GeniusRocket team will assemble a countdown montage video, utilizing submissions from various creators, for use on GeniusRocket's launch.
Audience: For general consumption.
Guidelines: Create a 3-second video that visually represents a single number (1-10). Feel free to submit multiple videos for as many digits as you like.
Additional Criteria: The creative use of sound or music is highly encouraged.
Compensation: 10 videos will be selected and the total award of $2,500 will be distributed as follows: $250 to one selected submission per digit.

Q&A for this creative brief
What are the standards for this project? i.e. what size video, what format, ect.?
The rules link is going to a dev server that requires a username and password, unavailable for public consumption.

Isn't this project available for other people then Americans? And if so, are all projects just for Americans?
We are working on the contest rules for international participants. In our Alpha phase we only have the rules established for the U.S. Please stay tuned we'll be incorporating international creators as soon as possible.

Waiting for some news
The movie format is in the rules but I don't see a recommended width or height. Are there suggestions on this?
Stick to the 2:3 ratio which is standard. Our converter will size the video to fit into our player.
