I'm afraid I didn't get this one. It's about a freaky, expensive, stylish ad that could go for the most expensive advertisment time slot in the world.... But about what? Genius Rocket itself?

Houston, We have a Question...
Q&A for this creative brief

Any subject matter is OK so long as you are not misusing someone else's specific Intellectual Property. Additional information is available about this matter in the "Submission Guidelines".
(Not mean to be taken as a sexist remark)
Even a 2nd prize? THAT is awesome. Well done GR.
Well... got an idea for a beer ad.
Do I have to make up a fake company name or is it O.K. to spoof an existing company (without owning the trademarks... ;)
Unfortunately we cannot advise you on any legal restrictions regarding the advertisement of alcohol or the use of another company's intellectual property in developing your submission. However, you may be able to find some guidance on these issues online- for example one place to look is the US Patent & Trademark Office website.
I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure your breaking copyrights by even calling this a S.B. ad contest. You may want to rename it as from what I've heard the NFL folks are pretty strict when it comes to unauthorized use of their copyrighted name.
I was waiting for someone to mention "Super Bowl" being copyrighted. I've also heard of several situations where establishments (e.g. Churches hosting Super Bowl parties) being sued, though it's my understanding that people were paying to go to these events. This contest on the other hand is not selling tickets, nor is endorsed by the NFL (maybe a good disclaimer to put in the rules), though technically "royalties" would be users submissions, which arguably could have monetary value. If the dirty lawyers stoop to such a low level as to sue GR--along with every blogger, youtuber, and sports journalist--then God help us.
Thanks for the note. Since we're just referring to the Super Bowl, a public event, to provide descriptive context for the type of advertising submission we're seeking, it's not our understanding that doing so infringes in any way any NFL trademark rights. But your comment is a good reminder to make perfectly clear that this RFB is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by or otherwise connected to the NFL, the Super Bowl or any other NFL-related organization.
...our fallen Patriots.
