The Client's Request
A noted author is looking for your help and brain power to come up with ideas for his new book. The book is focused on the topic of “Micro-scripts.”
A Micro-Script is any set of words that are descriptive, creates a image in your mind, or just rhythmic words to express an idea in a way that people like to say and to repeat to others. While this includes taglines and catch phrases it can be so much more.
Famous examples of Micro-scripts are:
“Flip Flopper” “If the glove doesn’t fit, you must acquit!” “Domino Theory” “Bridge to Nowhere!” "Splenda tastes like Sugar because its made from Sugar!"
PLEASE NOTE: In each one of these cases these words would be used to persuade another. They are more than just advertising slogans. They would be used to support or change a point of view. For example, "Why do you use Splenda?" Answer "Splenda tastes like Sugar because its made from Sugar!"
This author is simply looking for examples that you may have seen or that come to mind under that definition. Mostly looking for commercial examples for products, brands, services etc. The don’t have to be famous, they can be local examples. But political are okay too.
The five top ideas will be paid $50 a piece and any ideas that are used in the book will receive an additional $25.
